Weeks 3 & 4

Weeks 3 & 4

The Paleo challenge at CrossFit Synergistics may have come to a close but I am still going strong. Now that I have experienced this way of eating and know specifically how to go about it the diet has become apart of my daily life and I am so grateful that I was able to find it and had the encouragement to tackle it for eating this way is no cake-walk. While I’m in the best shape of my life and have never ate better I know that I will keep eating this way and continuously improve.
